they are middle skoolers. Most of them are idiots and want to learn the hard way. They have to learn somehow. Middle skool is that in-between time where you are suddenly a teenager and you think you are hot sh*t so you have to go out and do all the "cool" things and talk and type in the "cool" way... by high skool they are finishing up their identity crisis. Around their junior year they shutup.

First of all i agree with th5418 , people who ask for advice for the smallest things that can be solved by a child shouldn't be in relationships in the first place.

hrm...Well..althought some threads are really dumb.... some people really do need advice... and this is the relationship forum... its the only appropriate place to post it =/

And yea....people are ignorant and dumb, what did u expect, and the people who post idiotic threads are like 12 lol..u cant really blame them...because they really are immature.

Oh, and middle schoolers venture into relationships they cant handle is because.... well #1 they are ignorant , #2 people have high expectations for relationshis , #3 haha they are just tryin to find someone fun to be with....

Yea like leeeza says i only post to give advice, i try to solve my own drama and problems and when i cant, i ask my friends who i know will give me great advice because they are experienced like moi happy.gif but thats rare cuz i can solve em by myself.....

haha th548... i thought u were actually starting to give realistic advice in some of the threads haha, just got annoyed by how idiotic people are huh lol

Because what is the alternative of NOT being in a relationship?
Being ALONE.

Some people ENJOY being on the verge of tears if the cause of it is love. Of course I find that silly, but then again, I've never been in love.

The alternative of not being in a relationship with an opposite member is being with friends. If not, then family..... I thought that was a given. But nevermind. You have given me a new meaning to ignorant.

HAHAHAAHAHHAHAHA, that made me laugh.

So, you're not going to marry or have a girlfriend/boyfriend for the rest of your life? happy.gif More power to you. rolleyes.gif

By the way, GENIUS, it's call "a relationship" with friends and family, that means, you are IN a relationship with them...

Man, it seems you only know ONE perspective of "relationship"... that's kind of sad.

What the hell? Relationship is one thing. Marriage is another.

Pfft, now THAT'S ignorance.

And what is wrong with complaining or needing help with your intimate partners? Are you saying that marriage counseling is a useless profession?

THey do, but what we are talking about is two different things. I'm not talking about marriage. Hell, we are even venturing off topic. On topic again.

rolleyes.gif How is it off topic, unless you DO NOT understand the meaning of relationship.

You're asking why people enter a relationship that they cannot handle. How stupid is that? How can ANYONE possibly know if they will be hurt? People get into a relationship to find someone who they can live with, so that means there is room for trial and error. Not every relationship works, and not every relationship doesn't work, but people WILL try to work out their problems, AND THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT.

And I answered that it's "trial and error" so that they will be wiser in later relationship.

Not all situations are the same, of course.

Then what the hell was with this post.

Because if you do not have a relationship, you are alone, DUH? It may not be the case with YOU, but some kids tend to have a better relationship with their boyfriend/girlfriend/friend then with their family. You disregard the human condition, and that is the need to feel loved, not only from family but from peers. You may not need it, but that doesn't mean everyone else is the same as you.

Because it's the nature of humans to overlook flaws in themselves, including the inability to handle situations. That and ignorance.

Most of them are insecure and believe they are in need of a significant other. A significant other provides a (supposedly) constant source of so-called "love," confidence, attention.. etc. that they believe friends nor family can provide. Other friends perhaps and the media contribute to the skewed aesthetic that relationships are a neccessity(at that age).

At a young age, hearts and minds alike wander. Feelings are quick to come and quick to fade, and due to such insecurities and (as posted before) ignorance, impulses are quick to jump at opportunity. << Therein lies the source of problems.

Don't mind the masses. Instead just sit back and laff.. and grab some popcorn if you must. Let them learn from their own mistakes.
