Working Out, Any helpful exercise tips?

Hey I have a few extra pounds i wanna drop soon.. lol anyone have any good exercise tips for me? Which works best for the buttox? Butt crunches? leg kicks... idk help me guys!! lol If you have any good ones please discribe them clearly so I could try them. thanks

I don't know if this would help you out any, but whenever I eat sweets like ice cream or chips, or have a soda or anything, I do 50 crunches for whatever I eat. The faster you do them, the more it helps your stomach. And even going for about a 15 minute run every day will definantly help you loose some lbs.

Hope this helps. And if your thinking I'm crazy for 50 crunches, sometimes I get up to 300. ugh. But truthfully, it's not as hard as it sounds, take a break between every 100 or so. it helps.

Ohh kk thanks I will do that. Ya the most i've ever done was 100 and i thought i was going to die lol but yea i will do those crunches and run.. but im going to wait till it cools off i aint gunna run when its 95 degress outside lol unless i want to die lol

I was dropped a birth i think, my matablism is slower than snot i think... lol but i sleep alot... idk i need to tone my body i think...

I hate being online my ass is getting fatter we speak lol... im gunna go drop and give myself 20

15 mintues isnt enough. i saw in the news they said that also half an hour isnt much wither they said you were to run for at least 60-90 minutes a day.

Hm. Running always helps.
Going for long walks (if you don't like running) is a good substitute.
Bike-riding is always good..

Quit eating candy . . . I read your other topic, lol.

But as for exercise; try swimming, running, pilates, sports. Just be active that'll burn calories.

consult a food pyriamid. 6 small balanced meals a day. Running is boring, tiring, and effective. _smile.gif good luck.

exercise...... if u want to work on ur ass then u work on ur legs ;] . do squats,run,aerobics, w/e .... too make ur metabolism higher u gotta eat more more meals but less ammount of food... or u can drink red bull sugar free or take vitamin pills those make ur metabolism faster

The best leg exercise is the barbell squat. It'll work your whole lower body area, and it'll make your ass more firm wink.gif . Another good leg exercise is the barbell lunge, because that also works all your leg muscles. If you wanna lost some extra pounds do some weight training.... running isn't nearly as effective as weight training. Dieting is also a good idea.

heard that if u run... u gain pounds but still ur fatness go inside ur stomach... heh makes u have those abs...

wat i do is DANCE (take hiphop dance or jazz hip hop) for 3 hours a day.

O my.. I cant even run the 20 min. at school without stopping at least once..
