ummm i've been going to tha "top 10 posters today" link thing and some people get up to like... 100 posts per day which practically how much i have right now... and i was just wondering cause i see a lot of posts that have one sentence in them. at least when i post i try to type more and make it not look like spam. so .. is it really okay to just make a post with one sentence in it?...

As long as it's not pointless and has meaning to it, then it's not SPAM. After all, "pointless" is in one of them.

haha ive been up on todays 10 ten posters at #1 for like a whole week b4..... i dont think i spammed, maybe in 1 or 2 picture threads..but then what can u say? all u can do is say..shes cute,or hes 'Ok" haha....but yea i try to be helpful and thoughtful when i reply to threads

Like the many people said, if it's just ONE word, then it's considered spam or if it's something pointless. I don't think a one sentence thing is considered as pointless because you can pretty much summarize everything up in that one sentence.

Createblog has alot of spammy topics compared to other forums. about half of these topics would be closed. i bet when less people were here, less spammy topics would be made.

Yeah. If it's pointless, then it's spam.
Example:: Topic:: "Dresses, or skirts?" Reply:: Now that's spam. As long as they don't double post and have one worded posts, then most likely it's not spam/pointless. |

PERSONALLY, I expect more than a mere "Ok, that's nice" or a mere "looking good!" or even a "lol". You know what? This one member from a month ago was posting the SAME sentence over and over again in the INTRODUCTIONS threads. Talk about spam. They just care about post count.. Bleh...
