sprained ankle!!, any one else? |

well i busted my ankle 3 weeks ago playing basketball..i landed on some ones leg....i went 2 the hospital and got xrays...nothing broken or fractured...just a real bad sprained ankle...its 3 weeks and i cant walk....i kno every sprain is different.,...but has any1 else had an ankle sprain b4/? and how long did it take 4 u to get back walking?

damn, hope you feel better. i sprained my wrist before and it took awhile to get better. sometimes it still hurts when i lift things

I use to run cross country and i sprained my knee and all the cartilage is gone in my right knee. That took six weeks to heal before i could train and compete again. Umm... then i was a klutz and sprained my left ankle
 AND busted the capillaries AND stretched the tendons and ligaments around the ankle. THAT took me another six weeks to heal... needless to say, i quit the team. Feel better. Don't forget to ice the ankle and prop it up! |

Yeah.
I've sprained my ankle before. Mine have never been terrible. Usually took me 2 to 3 weeks before I could walk without too much discomfort. I hope it feels better soon.

sprained right ankle 3 times, left 1 time, right wrist twice
nothing that serious...maybe about 4 days to walk again but still painful sometimes i still feel pain.... |

i had a sprain ankle, took bout 2 weeks 2 heal b4 i could start walkin again, it realli hurted
