i chose he's not that hot. he's not tragic or anything.. but he's not gorgeous. he's one of those guys that have potential. so if he had a really good personality, then thatd make him more hot.

Phelps is...okay I guess. His neck is the same width as his head though, if you take the time to notice. Sure, he looks hot when he's swimming with a cap and goggles on, but once I saw him take it off I was kinda disappointed...
