I've noticed that in the Xanga of the Month, over half the people are voting for themsleves...
 Probablly to get acess to the backstage chat and free webhosting (and the props, can't forget the fame and props). I think we should make it so that people can't vote for themselves...

Even if so, how do you know that people won't make new screen names here and just vote for their OWN xanga, saying that the xanga they vote for is someone else's xanga? It could happen

It doesn't matter, unless they get their friends to create accounts and vote for them. Whoever has the most votes will win, weeding out the "noobs" :P

=P ahahs I know, the FLASH thing isn't even that great. I mean, it's WAY too simple. If we knew how to use flash, those of us who can do all that 3-d stuff, I don't wanna say anyone's name and all... *cough* Tal_Dara *cough* Mireh *cough* Retro_Balla *cough* etc. But u know what I Mean! Sure, flash takes a long time, but it's mainly the QUALITY of the WHOLE xanga. =P ANd also, I dislike some members, that have some un-original layouts. They tend to use skins or maybe just alter the skins,creting their own and such. Only a FEW are actually worth nominating. VERY FEW, sadly. =T And those who DO spend a LOT of time doing their xanga, they dont' even get much creedit. And Nas DEFINITELY deserved the award =) If only voting could be so easy as that =T |

hmm... i agree with you peoples xP kevinma does seem to be a bit... confident? but i mean, watevers xP i voted for him cause he kept bugging everyone so i was like oh wth... psh
 i dont really mind who wins as long as they DESERVE it. agree with christina, NAS does deserve it

I don't know, I don't think I'm voting this month only because it's halfway through the month already, but it does kind of get under my skin when people vote for themselves, especially when their page is nasty. I was thinking this the entire time-- (prior to staff membership) and I was always so curious if I was the only one thinking that... haha, guess not. |

I never vote for myself, or anyone unless they ask me too and i like there xanga. I also dont want people to vote for mine cause yea, lolz seems sort of odd. and plus no offence to anyone but i think these xanga of the months are useless or actually if u win it is, cause its not really a high title cause theres a lot of places where u can be "Xanga of the month" or "Best Xanga" etc. well thats my thought
