Talking on the phone, 3 hrs? just can't do it Options

ok, all my friends are always like "ya, I was up till like 3 in the morning on the phone last nite"....I don't understand how people can talk that long on the phone. I was just wondering, what can you talk about that you can talk for 3 or more hours?!??!

yeah, ive talked on the phone once for 3 hours....it didn't get boring @ all, like no awkward silences or anything so happy lol i didnt get how ppl could do that either. u just get caught up in it and then like hours have gone by.... but some ppl just love the phone n talk like that regularly

sometyms i feel lyk ppl are just showin off tellin they stayed up LATE all night cuz they talked till 3 in the morning..

ive talked on the phone for that long a few times heh, what i talk about? anything thats on my mind or wut i think of when the person on the other end says something....but i usually let "them/her" do the talking and babble cuz well my friends have alot to say

i remember talking with one of my past friends on the phone for over 3 hours.. we would talk about just random things. we talked about the kinds of cartoons we liked, what kind of dreams we have, who we like/dont like, etc etc.. they just pop out of nowhere and it doesnt end until one of our cell phone's runs out of batteries lol. but sometimes i hate those kinds of convos.. we end up not being able to talk about anything else because we already talked about everything o.O

i don't get it either. when i talk on the phone the most i talk is 30minutes. my cousin talks to her b/f till 5am sometimes.

OO i stayed up till 3 AM talkin to this really close guy friend of mines once on the fone. It's jus a bunch of random stuff

As for how LONG I think once I talked on the fone with my ex for about 6 hours alllll day long bc we were crazy for each other. Too bad thats over now

i use to talk with my bf for 4 hours every night. but then we ran out of stuffs to talk bout so theres not a lot of things to talk bout

Its really hard to talk that long on the phone..even with my ex boyfriend he would usually do most of the talking.. but anyways..but liek things to talk about are tojust ask questions to get to know the person better and if you already know them really good then start talking about like a good or funny memory you shared together to get the convo started again. but usually if u talk for SUCH a long time things just come out so randomly so it doesnt really matter..

If you call someone (or they call you) and you have a lot in common I guess it just happens?? Lol..i dunno the most I've talked on the phone is somewhere around 2 hrs..

Alright, I'll admit I do use the phone a lot...a lot more than i should at least. There's only a few people that I can talk to for a few hours at a time though, otherwise it's kinda awkward coming up with stuff to say.

And my friend Zena and I have talked for close to 4. =-O
I don't know, we just keep on rambling and it's fun.
I love talking on the phone to them. They're my best friends and I can do my regular rambling, and they won't think I'm crazy.

One time i was on the phone for 7 hours. 10ish-6ish. Now that i think back, i find it amazing that we talked for that long. I`ve never talked for that long in my life. The weird thing was he was a guy and usually for me, i can`t go for long ass 7 hour convos with guys. We just couldn`t get enough of eachother. We just kept talking and talking. I miss those phone calls now..

hmm.. I used to talk to my best friend for long periods of time.. I think even longer than 3 hours... we would just stay on the phone.. watch tv together... and I don't know, just talk about whatever I guess.
