You just like him, not love him. I think love is a really strong word, if ya ask me. Anyways, it's time to get a move-on and forget about him. Like do something you really like, and try to stop thinking about him a lot. Hope I helped

Hm, I'd say wait until their relationship ends, then ask him out. But then again who knows how long they'll be together, so you might have to forget about him. I think you should just be friends him with, and keep it at that, if he and his girlfriend don't break up anytime soon.
