ya the banner is huge. make it smaller. maybe put the cool counter on the bottom and take out the dashed borders.
 But i like how the colors all blend together!

 she is really pretty! the banner is wayy too huge, maybe you can scale it down, other than that it will look okay.

it is defaultish. the picture is still pretty big. maybe if yu scale it down a little bit more AND get rid of the white on the picture, it'll look better. but nice try :] and i like that pic of her.

i really like the banner but i think the banner width should match with your modules+blog widths. like .. make it aligned.
 did that make sense?nice colors
