Skin help, big space and chatterbox.... Options

ok I got a skin from a site but theres a huge space where my entries r supposed to be.... how can i get rid of it..... and the chatterbox messes up the navigation bar how can i change its size? my site is..... http://www.xanga.com/home.aspx?user=Somewhat_Crazy
