some ppl have made their siggys so that it looks like scotch tape was holding up an image. i was just wondering how you can get that scotch tape effect..?
o btw im using corel painter 7 (not photopaint) |

well if corel painter 7 has a polygon lasso tool (or similiar) you could just make it by using that and changinf the opacity and play around with the effects
