well your mom is pretty cruel for saying that- im 15 and im 6'1 but everyones different- being tall kinda sucks cuz everyones constantly looking up and saying 'damn did u know your tall''you know your really tall' i go through it every single day no joke so being too tall sucks lol

It really depends on your parents and how much nutrient you had when you where in your growing age. 5'9 seems to be a good height for a guy.
