positioning, how do i put it at exact coordinates? Options

i have this code for the marquee boxes with marquee
but it only allows me to put it at the very BOTTOM of the website... i want to put it in the middle of my website to the left side... is there a code where i can put it at the exact coordinates i wanted it?
IF NOT, then how do i put it at the TOP of my page instead of the bottom?
