Well, if you become an Official Member, the createblog tools will be visible to you. Once you are an official member, you will be given these free stuff:
> Image Uploader > Xanga Visitor Tracker > Source decoder > Source encoder > Xanga skin preview You can't use the Visitor tracker until you become an Official Member by the way.

yea , minimum 50 posts toal, 5 posts per day, link their advertising thing to their site, and then join their blofring, and then post there..
