Conformity is what keeps society from falling apart. We must have conformity to a certain degree, though life would be incredibly boring if there were no non-conformists.

Well, it is absolutely human to want to fit into to social groups. Not everyone can be strong and stand up on their own two feet to fight for what is right, nor can every person have the mental strength to be dubbed as "outcast" or else this world will be filled with great leaders. People tend to conform because they HAVE to for security or emotional reasons (wanting to make friends and not be outcasted)... it just that sometimes, they conform to the wrong things that make everyone else's lives hectic (ie. drugs/sex/'cliques'...etc). |

non-conformity is a myth.
i am non- conformist in that i conform to my idea of non conformity. yet i still conform to certain of society's requests, like wearing clothes. you conform with people when you accept life.... you conform with suiciders when you reject life... you're either with us, or your with them. but you're never by yourself. |
