like if i join a blog ring or subscribe to someone i want it to automatically show up on my page under the sections where it says buddies and websites

If you use custom modules, you have to manually add the links yourself. You can't have custom modules and have them automatically be added, sorry.
By the way, I can't scroll down your page for some reason. There's no scrollbar.
