i need some serious help, swf files Options

so i made a layout and i have a swf file (created by macromedia flash mx 2004) as a banner. the problem is that it goes in front of my blog. so the words of my entries are hidden behind the swf. how can i make the words go in front of the banner? im using these codes..

i think its because its says satic instead of static
