my biological mom used to use food stamps when me and my sister were young, but now i doubt it. as for my stepmom she dont. she used to use the cupons she got for the baby but not anymore

Yes.. having food stamps basically means you can't afford food on your own. If you can't afford food, you're probably poor. And if you're poor, then you probably don't have internet.
