im a guy and i had a class at school but the class sucked but that got me into guitar and i thought and still am teaching my self but i suck im just a leet plucker!!!! but im also teaching my self keyboards im a better keyboarder and i just started

im a girl. ive been only playin for 3 years but i think im (hopefully) pretty good at it already. i finally managed to learn how to learn hotel california and that song by nirvana with the tons of plucking (obviously im not a huge nirvana fan). yays.

i play my yamaha black gloss electric.. you can see it on my avatar
but yeah i hate this guitar. im still saving for a gibson epiphone. i've been playing two years. palm mute - just rest your hand on the strings and strum/pluck but like the first reply dude said. not your whole hand. it'll be obvious if you just try. i dont know what other tips you need but if you want to learn fast. start on power chords. i taught myself and i learned pretty quick. |
