Good point..but most of the guitarists on the choices are a little softer, and more acoustically oriented.

hmm... john mayar is the only guitarist i know u putted in the poll haha... but hehe can i said non-famous guitarist? haha does that count? if so, i like daniel ahn and kenny park's ... hehe they play their guitar at our church^^;;

Yeah Jimi is the correct spelling.

He was an excellent guitarist, but, like Van Halen, Zakk Wylde, Slash, etc...

He doesn't fall into the acoustically-oriented category like Clapton, Matthews and company.

eeh. they're ok guitarists, but nowhere NEAR as good as the ones i isted previously. the closest would be mick from Slipknot.

I voted clapton, but would have easily opted out for Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, Bruce Springsteen, Johnny Greenwood, or even Kyle Gass.

I went with John Mayer. Since practically the only person whose stuff I listen to sometimes up there. Yet again, there are so many great guitarists out there. happy.gif

john mayer's the best out of the ones listed, but my favorite guitarist is shane barnard. he's a christian acoustic guitarist. he can strum soooo fast
