Um. Wow, that was not very understandable. Can you please give us a link so we can see an example?
Do you mean swirls on graphics? Those are made by using brushes... |

Or you could make the "swirls" by adding a letter like L in a cursive font (make sure the font size is really really big) to a graphic. |

they're called brushes and you get them from photoshop or paintshoppro

Well.. i noe how u can make simple swirls.... without using brushes... go download a font called porcelain.. you can download it at dafont..unzip it and put it to ur font folder.. click on the text button [using any paint programs; paint shop pro, photoshop, or paint] put 1 letter but capitlized.. put the text on the side.. and move it around and stuff which the swirls are.. test out some capitilazed letters and put them all together.. so its all swirly and stuff... if u dont get me.. feel free to Im me.. on AIM:Mentalhelp105..
