u get the swirl brushes go to the big book or resources and get some links for brushes & for more look on google !!

You should just find some swirlies brushes in the big book of resources...But if you have Porcelain (the font) you could create some swirlies from that too. Just flip the letter in the way that you want and rasterize the text if you want to delete some part of it.

and if u really good with the brushes.... go with the brushes...
if u did this manual technique... after making like 2 of them, use the clone stamp thing . it should work. |

I recommend you just to download the brushes on dat link she gave you... Its hard making swirls if your new at photoshop.
