You could download brushes like that for photoshop. And if you have paint then you can use letters and overlapp them. Yepp.

well i use brushes...you can download them from sites and use them on photoshop

Or download Porcelain or some fancy cursive writing and flip the image around, and you can create your own swirly brushes. :D
