Um. what do you mean? Do you mean submit .GIF image files ()which are animated as your AVATAR? If yes, then YES you can submit .GIF image files as your avatar. .GIF files CAn be animated. Please be clearer in your question.

you should be able to use most image types.... it usually tells u what u cant use.
