ALot, so it depends on the genre.

Shoujo: Revolutionary Girl Utena or Card captor Sakura or anything by CLAMP
Shonen: yu yu hakusho, naruto, houshin engi
shonen-ai/yaoi: Gravitation, FAKE, Eerie Queerie
shoujo-ai/yuri:...er...Utena is the only one I can think of. XD;

Over all, its yu yu hakusho cause its mad funny. I like inuyasha and all but I hate the annoying fans.
