hey . . . . . i was wondering how to feather . .. i think trish mite've made one . .. . . but its had for me to uunderstand . .. hahah! thanks!

Makea new layer. Make a rectangular selection. FIll it with a color. Right click within the selection and hit "feather". I think that's the right way to do it. That's the way I do it, anyway.
