once you've become a member, how do you get promoted from a newbie??

i should have clarified (sorry).
how do you become just under the status of "member" under the group classification under your avatar, because mine still says newbie, of which im slightly embarrassed. |

click 'My controls' on the top bar [its on top of the thingy that says "createblog.com -> communty center -> introductions"] then under personal profile, click on edit profile info. In the 'Custom member title' ...you can put whatever you want , then your "newbie" will be changed to whatever you put.

Hello and welcome to createBlog! Once you hit a certain number of posts, probably around 50 I believe, you won't be a newbie anymore and also, you can finally change your member title. You know how it says NEWBIE? well later, you can change it once you stop becoming anewbie. It's confusing bleh.. lol Anyways enjoy your stay =D
