changing certain parts on the same page

eh i don't know what to call it, but its like when you click on a link, only certain parts of the page changes and the rest stay the same. what's the html code for this please?

heres a better example i think:

lol thanks, yea im kind of new to this thing, thought it was called
"tables" but wasn't sure. ahah so now its iframe. um how do i do it? _unsure.gif

ahh. it's hard to explain...


iframe code
CODEBOX: -> right click -> copy/paste
so now you got your iframe code. becareful ther's a name part. you'll have to include that to the target for your <a> tag. then you'll need some links.

example links
CODEBOX: -> right click -> copy/paste
you see how i added the "content" to target? this is how it works.

for the yahoo link in the iframe you can delete or change it later if you want. it's just an example.

oh i c, thanks, what do i put in the part where it says name"content" and target="content"
