<!--BODY {
color:FF66FF;
font-size:7pt;
font-family: century gothic;
}-->

<!--BODY{
scrollbar-face-color: #0099FF;
scrollbar-highlight-color: #FFFFFF;
scrollbar-3dlight-color: #89C5F7;
scrollbar-darkshadow-color: #0382ED;
scrollbar-shadow-color: #3BA4FD;
scrollbar-arrow-color: #FFFFFF;
scrollbar-track-color: #89C5F7;
}

<!--
A:link{COLOR:0099FF; TEXT-DECORATION: none; font-weight:}
A:visited{COLOR:0099FF; TEXT-DECORATION: none; font-weight:}
A:active{COLOR:0099FF; TEXT-DECORATION: none; font-weight:}
A:hover{COLOR:0099FF; TEXT-DECORATION: none; cursor: no-resize}
-->

</HTML>

and for some reason the css isn't working for some new pages i'm making (the links under the menu...the site part it should be like the rest of the site)...btw i have a frame site..if you could help me that would be greatly appreciated! thank you soo much!
