my parents just divorced a few months ago, and he lives like 20 minutes away, but he comes over like every other day or so..but things have changed..we never had a really close relationship. i just remember when i was daddys little girl and his pride and joy..but it doesnt seem like that anymore

well, my relationship with my dad is ok. its not perfect- but its not bad either. sometimes he would spoil me, but other times, he would get on my nerve... ha today's my dad's birthday.

me n my dad have a fairy tale relationship. him and i connect really good. every single day we walk around the park and talk about our life n stuff. when he gets home frum wurk i just run up and give him a great big hug. my rents r divorced, and when im visiting my mo, he e-mails me every day. alla my frends are jealous and alla mai family always ses im so friggin lucky to have a dad like him. :D i wuv mai daddy!

i hate my dad.
 . he moved to san francisco four years ago. then he moved to minnesota last year. before he moved to minnesota, him and my mom got divorced. i'm not supposed to know why...but i knoe. i hate my dad because i knoe why they got a divorce. my dad used to call me everyday for about a month...but now...he calls me once every two months. he doesn't even call on my birthdae . i knoe that he likes my sister more than me because he calls her once a week.

I did so so, me and my dad fight a lot, and I cry a lot about it, but then w/o him the worlld would be dif. my mom and dad have split up before, but then they got back together and I am am happy that i have a dad, and he buys me stuff my mom wouldnt buy me :)

I dont consider (David) as my father. A true father is a person who is there for their child. My dad has done none of this for me. Sure when my parents were together it was all fine and dandy then he started drinking heavily again and doing drugs and having affairs with a bunch of different woman and he was beating on my mom and crap like that. He calls me about once a month if that just to see if I am still alive or to ask me for money. How nice. So for me I do not have a relationship with him. He thinks that he does not need to support me or my sister. Well he doesnt need to support me because I have been supporting myself since I was 15 but he does however have to pay child support for my sister until she is 18 and that totally pisses him off. Another dead beat dad in this society.
