okay so i wanna make my own background image or banner but all the pages i have that help me create techniques such as vectors or blending do not help me at all
so i was wondering does anyone know of any good websites or of any good tips when doing techniques such as these i wouldn't ask but like i wanna be able to create my own some day in the knowledge of knowing i got help from the best blog site around ^.^ thanks <3 |

i wanna be able to use photoshop but either that or paintshop pro would be good unless you recommend others?

did you check in tutorials? and then i guess just be creative and have a theme..

I know there was a really good site with a tutorial that taught you how to do vectors. If I can just find it..haha
