has a list of photoshop brush sites after you download them you open up winzp and extract the file into your photoshop brush folder type thing mine is something like; Program Files-Adobe-Photoshop 7.0-Presets-Brushes |

wait..are you asking what is a brush or how do you get them? cause i think they're trying to help you with how to get them.
