in paintshop you go to 'effects' - 'texture' - 'blinds' .. then change the settings to you liking!

That's pattern overlay.
But I can't remember how to add new home-made patterns into Photoshop anymore... >< You can do it the hard way though if you need it urgent. Open a 1 by (width of image). Color it with the color of your choice. Drag it into your image. Layer mode, do overlay, or whichever you prefer. Then keep duplicating the layers and pulling them down to make the lines. This is so not worth doing lol. Try finding for pattern overlay tutorials in google. |
