If you're too lazy to click on the link then I'll copy and paste what's said.

Xanga FAQ » Counters »

Is it possible to track the usernames of Xangans who visit my site?

We don't support this feature.

In fact, using any JavaScript codes which track visitors to your site is a violation of our Xanga JavaScript Policy.  We're big believers in privacy, and that means that we don't want our users to feel like they're being tracked as they click across Xanga.

I didn't know where to put this... please move this if it's in the wrong place...

Xanga is retarded then 'cause if that's the case, why on earth do they have a "Website Stats" section under everyone's "Look and Feel"? this is exactly what Xanga states in everyone's "Look and Feel" section:

QUOTE
Website Stats

Curious how many people visit your site? How long they stay? Which pages they visit, or even where they came from? Web Counters can track all this and more! We're building a best-of-breed Web Counter into Xanga...

But in the meantime, you can use an outside Web Counter to get by. We recommend SiteMeter.com. Sign up at http://www.sitemeter.com and they'll assign you HTML that you can paste into the box on the right. Good luck, and enjoy!

...this totally contradicts what they say their policy is in the Xanga FAQ regarding privacy. wacko.gif

Yeah I kinda agree with what she said.

You can know how many people visit your site. But not their usernames.

I guess the Visitor Logger is useful in a way. But in another way, it's kinda bad. This girl actually came to my site and said something like 'I know you visited my site because I have a visitor logger. You didn't leave me any props/comments'/

Like WTF? stubborn.gif
