basically the title says it all,

if u have a guy friend and u kno for a fact that he likes u or has feelings 4 u but u dont feel the same way bout him, do u act different around him?

i have had that experience a few times. i try REALLY, REALLY hard not to act different, but I do. I can't help it because: 1. i don't want the guy having some sort of hope that i'd like him back in that way (just want to be friends) and 2. It's just really awkward. You start picking up all these signals and you don't know how to make him stop without sounding like a complete b*tch. It's the worse when they become obnoxious about it, even when they know i just wanna be friends... for example, they would say out loud... yeaa i'm interested in someone *hint hint, etc.

anyways, it all depends on both people. i mean, i'm still willing to be friends with the guy as long as he behaves himself.

yea i like my friend, and in the beginning when she new, she acted weird and avioded me. but as time went ont i started avoiding her cause i couldnt stand seeing her and not being wit her.

well, it worked out great for me cause i went out with him after i found out he liked me... but how you should act? i would just be natural about it, dont act any different for a few days, and reaaaally think about how it would b if you went out with him. then just tell him... "look, i like you as my friend. i think it would ruin our friendship if we went out." and hopefully he'll understand.

Eve's right! I did that to one of my guy friends and I was like "Are you joking around?" Because he usually does that and he was like "No, I'm forreal" I'm like "Oh okay." And yeah things changed after that. Don't talk to him anymore.
