New layout/skin its not GREAT it's simple and maybe a bit defaultish... i KNOW the banner is off center so i know and i've been working on it so..yah
NEW LAYOUT also PLEASE tell me if there is a problem with the top links and if the bottom part shows up- it should be gray and white stripes..because they seem to be not appearing on my computer |

the "biggest" problem u got is that banner...good lord, 1024x768? that's wallpaper size!

The effects on the banner is not bad. but it's too big. Yes, I see stripes at the bottom.
