In our own private land we stand.
If I could, I would steal away your tears,
I would fight back all your fears.
Don't get me wrong,
I know we haven't known eachother all that long.
I'd love to be your hero,
Reduce your pain to zero.
In my dream I do.
In my dreams I slaughter what's between us,
No, what I feel for you, it's not mere lust.
You are my heart and soul,
With my life, I would pay the toll.
Everyone around us,
They all said I couldn't love you.
But that was just a lie,
Because I couldn't love you more,
Even if I tried.
For you I'd kill myself,
I'd bathe in my own blood,
I'd slit these two damned wrists,
And die thinking of your kiss.
