got a 20 gb one...5000 songs....yup...the only thing that sucks about it is that it runs out of battery very quickly but everything is all good...and I'm loving it

I have one. They are cool and all but sometimes a hassle. When they break its a pain in the ass to pick. I havent run into the battery problem I had heard about though. It's a really nice mp3 player but you have to take care of it. I've been trying to fix my friends ipod for about 4 months now with no success.

the battery problem isn't so major as rumor points out. i still get 6 hours strong, and even though the battery meter seems a little messed up at times, it gets fixed as it "warms up".
anyways...yea, i have a 15GB one..i like it a lot :D. had to cough up $350 (including 2-year warranty), but definitely worth it ;) |

At first, i wanted a ipod till i found out it got poor battery power and no fm radio feature.
I brought a polaroid mp3 jukejam player. The same price as a ipod but a bit heavier (the same length and width). It also has a joystick and fm radio and recording ability. The problem with my experience is that I had to return 2 mp3 players since both broke the first day. I just yesterday got my 3rd one, same brand from the company personally. It all works out in the end. |

i have an ipod mini and i'm unhappy with it. i had one for three weeks and then it started skipping alot and had alot of static on it. apple replaced it with a new one for me. so far there is no skipping and static.. though it freezes quit a bit and the batter life does not live up to 8 hours as advertised. i think mine takes more time to fully charge up compared to how long the battery lasts after it charges up.
considering the price you pay for one, i think the quality of it should be much better. |
