transparent blog, names says it all Options

does anyone have the code or know where the code is to make the blog transparent.
i dont want the whole thing transparent only the blog if possible if not well it dont matter

example

put the opacity filter in the blog body section

filter: alpha(style=0,opacity=60);

but beware, part of ur blog might disappear.
