well what do you do keep in shape

i bench i do sitt ups and that legs off the ground 6 inches thing for the abs i curl i never work out my legs i reallly hate legs exercises i should start to, i do push ups and the upside down push up when you are doing a hand stand and do a push up that way.

I compete in strongman competitions

this is a picture of me doing a 500lb conans wheel. A conans wheel is on a pivot. Theres a fixed point on one end of the arm. In the middle is the weight. On the other end is you. The weight starts at your belly button roughly. You put the arm in your elbows, and lock your hands. Then you squat up the weight(500lbs). Then you walk in a circle for maximum distance. It tests leg strength, hip strength, arm/grip[ strength to hold it up. AB/back strength to keep your torso solid thru the exercise. I train with a professional strongman, and this is my best event. I have done up to 840lbs on this event.

This pic is from my May 1 strongman contest, where I placed 2nd. I won this event, beat everyone from every weight class except 1 person.(out of about 62 ppl)

I am a gym fanatic...I really cant stay out of the gym!

I work out about 5 or 6 times a week! Doing Aerobics classes, Pilates, Kickboxing, and strenth training. Then I work out on doing weights like Bench Press, Incline Press, curls, Shoulder Press, tricep workouts, and the whole shebang. I also work out on the oblique(sp?) exercises, and lower and upper abs.

I actually got an offer from my gym to start teaching classes! I will probably take them up on there offer sooner or later! But, that would be cool to work out and get paid for doing it...im so siked!

my typical workout is doing tae kwon do. I am a black belt so i have to be dedicated to what i do.

ey bigpoppaproppy, i have that same squat station in the backgroudn in my school's football weight room! i can do a max of 2 45 plates each side on it only tho

that was there for the 18" deadlift at the contest

is that to powerlifting standards(parllel or lower)? if so good for you bro, thats not bad at all!

i run for about a 3/4 of a mile everyday.... and i do crunchers and pushups and i also do curls and other weight lifting excersises

every day. i only have a 4 pack though haha...gotta do lower ab work... does anyone have a 6 pack and if u do, tell me how much body fat % u got. im at 9 % body fat rite now
