Create a new layer and paste the picture onto the new layer (wait.. I think it automatically creates a new layer when you paste it..)
Have you tried it yet? EDIT:// You do mean Adobe Photoshop, right? not Illustrator or something.. |

no .. but i kinda wanna start with white... and then add pictures from there.. thats still called layering?

Ok..
So you have your blank sheet.. Just open up the picture you want to add.. either Control + A to select the whole thing or use the selection tool to select a portion.. copy and paste it onto your blank sheet It should be created in a new layer Then repeate with a different image which should appear on a layer above the previous one.. |
