is making a xanga skin is like makin a website for the most part.. i mean could i make a design and put the code in and would it just work? do u have to do anything special to get the blog to show up in certain places etc
oh and yes i know of the codes to like take away modules and stuff like that thx t3rrible1 |

a good way to find out is to check out the skin section. yes, it's like making a website layout without <head> and <body> O_o... xanga doesn't allow some codes to run. for example, <div position="absolute">. i use that on my website but xanga doesn't allow the absolute code :( there's a section in "claf" that says "insert your custom header". whatever you end with there is where your blog will show up. there's no code to make it show up but you can use div's to align it.
