aligning posts with scrollbar on a css layout, Anyone know how to align posts? |

I'm having this problem that's bugging me for two days. I'm making this layout for my friend's birthday. The problem is that I can't align the posts (which include a scrollbar) right where I want it too I tried using techniques like left: 200px or top: 780 px but it just won't move, it's always on the center below my layout!
 Here is the layout.. which I can't get the posts right in the box
