ended up at this bar/club called All Asia. walked in, realised that everyone inside was jamaican and the music, while not bad, was way too loud. and suddenly, the chinese owner comes running up to my friends and i and offers us fortune cookies. wtffffff

Summer session starts tomorrow and I was trying to see if I could add a class. I'm kind of happy I did because it's really last minute plus it said the class was full but class is from 07:45-10:15. In the morning. *dies

Where I live now, yes state park is like a 5 min drive for me (or less)
Where I used to live (30 mins from Detroit) it took like an hour or two to get to a decent one.

Oh, lucky. It takes me at least an hour and a half to get to the beaches here, but it's worth the long subway ride, since I always enjoy it when I go. I wish I lived near a river/other freshwater area; DNW to swim in saltwater or chlorinated pools. :(
