Do you give yourself a bed time? Do you have to wake up at a certain time every day or you get fired :(? Doesn't reality suck? Monies don't, though, but shit.

Anyway, I guess do you force yourself to sreep at any given time, i.e. 11 pm weekdays whenever weekends?

yeah i do but i haven't lately. before i liked to go to sleep at 10 for a while, then 11 for a while then 12 for a while. now that i don't have to be up for school then i feel more free. whenever school/new semester starts i tend to revert back to 10 bedtime, it slowly pushes back as the semester progresses. esp when basketball season starts and there are games that don't start until 9 or 10 then i start to abandon the 10 bedtime.

Ever since I came back from Europe, I have gone back to sleeping normal hours which I don't like. If I have to work overnight, I try to sleep until at least 9:30 pm

I try to be in bed by 2AM at the latest on weeknights and weekends. I don't like to stay up late for no reason because I know it's not good for me in the long run. Plus, I like sleeping too much to deprive myself of it.

I always become accustom to sleeping around 11 on school nights and then back to like 3 or 4 on weekends/vacations.

I'd really like to. I just can't keep myself committed to doing it. Maybe it's because my family stays up all night so I get no quiet. I usually get to bed at 3 and wake up at 1pm.

I don't have a specific set bed time for school, more of a guideline...I try to get 7-8 hours of sleep. This guideline is especially important when it's exam time.

Otherwise when I don't have school (like right now), I do try to get to bed before 3am and up before 12pm.

For me its more like a guideline (i.e. Get 6-9 Hours of sleep) except in the summer, then i sleep during most of the day

I feel the same way about the whole "waking up past a certain time and wasting your day" thing. Like there could have been sooooo many things you could've done instead of sleeping until the early afternoon.

When I'm in school, I try to go bed around 11 or 11:30 but now that I'm on summer break, I sometimes don't fall asleep until 1 or 2.

During the school year, yes. But right now I've clearly been sleeping at odd times and waking up just kinda when I wake up, or depending on when I have to work. I probably should start sleeping more regularly, I feel more healthy when I do.

i agree, monies don't suck. which is one of 2 reasons i get up in the morning. i have never in my life been a morning person but i have to get in the morning for work. i usually try to go to bed by 12:30am and wake up around 8am. if i don't have to work i'll sleep until i feel like getting out of bed. i think the latest i've stayed in bed was 6pm.

i tried to fall asleep this morning after talking on the phone for about 6 hours. didn't go to well. i woke up in the strangest daze and i felt like i was gonna faint. won't be doing that again.

My exams are next week so I don't have school this week. But in general, when I have class, I sleep around 10 PM. But the maximum for me is 12 AM. On the weekends, seeing as I always go drink and stuff, I sleep at maybe 4 AM or 5 AM but wake up at MOST 11 AM. Can't sleep later !

My fiancé and I talked till 1 AM last night. He left for work half an hour ago (8h06 AM) and I'm awake since I'm his alarm AND I have to help him find his shoe, tie, make capuccino or whatever. I'll probably go to sleep in an hour and wake up at 11 AM.
