Bitches don't know about NMCI.

Navy & Marine Corps Internet has been aptly nicknamed Non-Mission Capable Internet. It's a very security conscious system. In fact, it's so security conscious that you cannot access anything of importance on the web. The NMCI network is disgustingly slow, so if you have a file transfer that is of the utmost professional importance, don't be surprised if your computer crashes.

So you call 1 (800) 843-NMCI to get the problem rectified, right? Prepare to be on hold for an average of 10 to 15 minutes before someone answers. Once they do, you'll just be advised to restart your machine. The problem persists, and they tell you to restart your machine. When they send a tech out to assist (one week later), he'll ask you if you've restarted your machine.

Remember I used to lurk cB all the time during work? Yea, that stopped because of NMCI. I lost network connectivity in Members Photos because there was too much information being sent over the network, via a non-DoD website. I was told to restart my computer.
