i think the color palette is ugly. i would stick to a couple of colors that compliment each other. the orangeish pink throws it off, the one that is the text and flowers and stuff. stick with pinks that are in the same color range. i don't get the flowers and butterflies and...is that a moth? i don't think they go with the theme. the flowers and butterflies remind me of spring, which isn't when valentines day is. if i was going to do flowers i'd pick a more typical valentines day flower instead. i don't get the point of putting "author unknown", i don't think it's very important that it needs to be there crowding things. you signed your name thingy with a grungy font that doesn't match at all. also i think putting a black outline on happy valentines day makes it look really dated and doesn't add anything to it.

Le sigh. You still need practice. A lot of practice.

Learn. Practice with tutorials. Quit posting every single thing you create and focus on expanding your skills. I agree with Beenly. You can do SO MUCH MORE.
