It started snowing today which was cool and really sudden, i've been really scared though to drive since its my first time driving in the snow with the car i currently have.
anyways what killed my day was that i was coming home with my mom from a hair appointment, as we turn in on a road to get home we notice a car in a ditch, when we get closer we notice that the car is completely flipped over in the ditch which has a little water in it. We decide to pull over and see if anyone was in there. I was really scared because i thought it was my neighbors car who also has kids, and i was more afraid that id see someone not alive. My mom also called 911. Some other guy pulled over and asked if we knew if anyone was in there. He ended up crawling down in the ditch and going through the trunk since it was open. Luckily no one was in there but we didnt know where they were. The cool thing though that i love about my town is that almost anyone who will pass you and notice that you're in trouble will stop and ask if you're alright or need help. About a few people did that which i thought was generous. Tonight i found out that it was actually my neighbour. Another neighbour of ours told my mom and said how she saw her walking home (since it was close) and picked her up. We might call tomorrow and make sure she's alright. I was really scared though, and this doesnt help my dirving in the snow fear. I was quite spooked afterwards for a while. |

We're supposed to be getting a blizzard... 10-16" of snow.
although it's funny to hear the news anchors freaking out about it and telling people not to go anywhere tomorrow. |

f*cking school cares more about our sports than our safety. Honestly today was terrible driving to school. Complete whiteout! And i heard that our school would have been closed if it wasnt for the basketball games today.
