I am capable of drinking pretty much anything, but for beer I prefer brands like Guinness. Jim Beam is still my favourite brand of anything.

I don't even like Guinness that much. It's more of a thing I choose when the other selection sucks :[ Usually places have blue moon or a St. Arnolds beer, which I like. With those there's the usual Miller/Bud/Dos Equis/Mich Ultra/Sam Adams/Shiner, which I'd rather not drink. Actually, I can drink boston lager.

If you can get it for $8 (or even $10), then totally awesome, I guess you're pretty lucky -- if one can consider drinking Milwaukee's Best "lucky". Stuff tastes like piss -- that's besides the point, I suppose. (That said, if I wanted something cheap but actually potable, I'd probably go with Killian's.  )

I was at the store the other day and I was able to get a 12 pack of blue moon for like ten bucks. I was quite happy with that.
