I made this as the catalog cover for my FIDM entrance project. I'm not done but I need help - what should I add or do to it to make it better? Thanks. thumbsup.gif

I love the idea. It's very cute. However I think you went overboard with the patterns and such. Tone those down. Also I see why you'd put "dance" in the girl's silhouette but it doesn't really go with the theme. Perhaps using a different font and font color would tie it all together. But like I said, I love the idea :)

You simply have to much going on tone it down. The colors on the chick are too bright also. You have a lot of empty space on the top right.

What Natalia (manny-the-dino) said about the patterns. If you're going to put text inside the silhouette of the girl, tone down the opacity of the text. Also not a fan of the font you chose for "discover the dancer within" - it doesn't match with the rest of your text. Pretty cute though.

I think it's a bit overdone in general. What they^ said and the fonts don't really seem to work well together.
